Who we are

Flow Caritas is a charity recruitment agency based in London who specialise in finding talent and building careers in the UK not for profit sector. We specialise in recruiting face to face (F2F) fundraisers for a number of international, national and local charities based within the UK. We are dedicated to supporting fundraising professionals who are taking the next step in their charity career.

Our expert recruitment consultants work with UK charities of all shapes and sizes. The team is passionate about enabling the unique stories of our candidates and clients by ensuring we truly understand the narratives behind the organisations and people we work with, and what their hopes and aspirations are for the next chapter.
