Who we are

Our mission is to make sure all organisations become more sustainable by sharing best practice and collaborating

We do this by:

- Increasing the number of non-commercial organisations working together

- Facilitating more localised power by a greater diversity of organisations

- Enabling energy efficiency improvements for all types of buildings

- Using the work of the Network to inspire others to live more sustainably

Fit for the Future is a partnership between National Trust and Ashden, with over 80 other land and property owning organisations across the UK as members. The membership is wide-ranging and impressive, with organisations such as The Royal Households, The Crown Estate, Historic Environment Scotland, Oxfam, Cancer Research, RSPB, YHA and RNLI.
