Who we are

We are a small community mental health organisation, and our mission is to even out the playing field for people in education, work, and everyday ocmmunity life! We are passionate about equality, human rights, and social justice.

Our work has two main focuses. First, our set of community mental health services, which we co-produce with our community, are dedicated to improving mental health and ensuring access to the services that people want and need. Second, our commercial team provides a range of professional training, including workplace wellbeing and trauma informed care. The funds that we raise through our commercial work go straight into supporting our community work, which is free for those who use it.
