Who we are
Founded in 1949 to advocate close relationships between the UK and Europe, the European Movement is the UK's largest, and oldest, pro-European network with over 100 local groups and thousands of activists across the UK. It was a founding member of the People's Vote Campaign.
Since the 2019 election we have reached an exciting turning point. Our role is now more important than ever as we hold the government to account, campaign to maintain European rights, standards, and values post-Brexit.
