Who we are
ESAN is a unique network that brings together regulators, ombudsmen, consumer groups and voluntary organisations to help secure affordable access to essential services, particularly for those in vulnerable circumstances.
ESAN facilitates the exchange of information and opinions between organisations and others concerned with these issues, including the relevant regulators. We work with regulators to improve outcomes for consumers, and contribute to the development of policy and highlight issues of common interest across the sectors we focus on: energy, water, financial services and communications.
