Who we are

Entelechy’s vision is 

To contribute to a society where imagination is placed at the heart of a process striving to achieve more equal, connected and engaged communities.

Since its formation in 1989 as New Moves, Entelechy’s practice has grown from strength to strength. We are now looking to refresh our Board of Trustees as we prepare for the next stage in our development.

Entelechy Arts is a participatory arts company based in Lewisham, south-east London. It works with people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds, who have been marginalised through disability and the ageing process, to produce high quality theatre, music, dance and video events and performances. 

* Young people who have long-term health conditions and complex disabilities

* Adults who have profound and multiple disabilities

* Older, old people  (85 to 100-year-olds) who have learning disabilities or age-acquired disabilities

Entelechy works with the families, friends and neighbours, professional and unpaid supporters of all of these groups.
