It provides a wide range of services across Leicestershire, from one to one support to Feel Good Cafes, employment support and wellbeing services.
Our culture and values
We believe that everyone should be able to live the lives they choose and have access to the same opportunities. Our services are personalised and we aim to work towards progress and outcomes. Social inclusion and equal opportunity are key to our delivery and we aim to ensure that no-one is lonely or isolated because of a disability. We support our staff by providing access to learning and development, competitive salaries and a range of employee incentives.
Equality, diversity and inclusion policy
We are accredited as Disability Confident Leaders and have an open, fair and transparent approach to reruitment, management and opportunity for our workforce. We work hard to ensure that our workforce is representative of our client group and many of our Team have lived experience of disability and the challenges this can bring. We treat everyone as an individual and ensure everything we do is accessible and inclusive to all.
