Who we are
Ella Forums CIC and Ella Foundation (Registered Charity) run a leadership development programme specifically designed to inspire and develop the leaders of Charities and Social Enterprises to grow their organisations. We run group meetings where Chief Executives and Emerging Leaders come together for monthly sessions to hear the latest thinking from guest speakers, share best practice, and receive coaching from experts. Each Forum is run in a workshop style that is interactive, informal and above all, confidential, Members benefit from the wisdom of fellow Peers and Charity Leaders who wish to see others succeed. Members experience 10 monthly meetings per year and each group consists of non-competing organisations. The core objective for each group is to support the growth of the participants’ organisations through developing senior leadership skills, self-awareness and personal advancement. This is achieved in two ways: expert speakers and peer-to-peer learning.
OUR PURPOSE: To inspire leaders of charities and social enterproses to be better than they believed possible and to create an environment where leadership flourishes.
