Who we are

**Elevation Networks are currently recruiting for summer staff to work on our NCS programmes across Hertfordshire and Nottingham through a selection of dates in June/July/August**

Elevation Networks is a multi-award winning youth employment charity that develops the leadership potential in talented young people. We partner with outstanding employers and stakeholders to create diverse career opportunities.

EN works with young people aged 11-25 specifically focusing on groups that are traditionally underrepresented within the labour market and in certain industries. We identify these groups as:

• Ethnic minorities
• Women
• Young people from low socio-economic backgrounds
• Students from non-Russell group universities
  and
• Young people Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET).

  
  We registered as a charity in 2009 and now have a charitable objective which is to
  relieve unemployment amongst young people.

We deliver:

• Diversity Talent Attraction and Direct Recruitment Opportunities
• Enterprise and Skills Training
• Social Action and Community Engagement initiatives

Our Approach

LEADERSHIP, EMPLOYABILITY and DIVERSITY (L.E.D) are the key tenets of all the work we deliver. We realise that a one-size-fits-all approach is not suitable when wanting to reach a diverse audience and needing to show that you are in touch with what happens on the ground and passionate about contributing towards to development of the next generation is very essential. With these key tenets in mind, we seek to ensure that they are being enforced among young people. Targeting various groups, we have set a range of programmes, schemes and opportunity to match their needs in helping them to bridge the gap.
