Dukesgate Academy

Who we are

Dukesgate Academy is a one form entry primary school for children aged three to eleven years and is a school full of potential. Its most recent Ofsted inspection confirmed that it is a securely good school with a great sense of community that places families at the heart of all it does. 

Dukesgate Academy is a calm, caring and inclusive place where all children are encouraged to aim high, and develop to the very best of their ability. We place an emphasis on positive behaviour, and developing good attitudes and habits towards learning. As stated by colleagues in the most recent engagement survey, some of ‘the best things about working at this school are’;
