Who we are

Established in 1988, Dreams Come True is a UK charity whose mission is to enrich the lives of children and young people (aged two to 21) with serious and life-limiting conditions.  We do this by fulfilling their dreams – whether this be to visit a special place, to have a piece of specialist equipment, to meet their hero, or to have an amazing adventure.
