Who we are

Digital Unite provides training and mentor support for volunteer Digital Champions who work in communities to help people gain basic digital skills.

Digital skills are life skills yet…

• There are around 11.5 million people in the UK with limited or no basic digital skills. (Lloyds Bank 2017)
• 2 out of 3 people (68%) who aren’t using the internet say nothing can motivate them to get online. (Lloyds Bank 2017)
• 26% of beginners do not use their digital skills without ongoing support. (Citizens Online 2015)
