Who we are

We are a cultural consortium, providing a transparent way for culture and sport organisations across Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, and Peterborough, to collaborate, share expertise, and use our collective scale to deliver high quality services to our communities. CS3 is a membership charity. Every member has an equal voice in the operation of the consortium, and any organisation that meets the core criteria for membership is eligible to join. It was developed in response to the need for a new mechanism to allow the mainly small and medium scale cultural and sports organisations across our operating area to work together in a changing environment.
