Who we are
The Crystal Palace Festival Group CIC is in its 11th year of delivering a week long community based arts and culture festival, the Crystal Palace Overground Festival, featuring a wide range of events in multiple locations around Crystal Palace, SE19. The festival is a community minded arts, heritage and culture festival that takes place each June in the Crystal Palace area.
The CIC was set up by local residents to bring the wide-ranging benefits of arts, heritage and culture to Crystal Palace. It also provides many opportunities for the local community to participate in the festival promoting community cohesion, well-being and participation.
The CIC’s strategic objectives are:
- To produce high quality arts, heritage and culture in the Crystal Palace area
- To improve access to arts, culture and heritage as a social good in itself, promoting enjoyment, increased attendance and participation by marginalised and under-represented people.
We are a small and expanding organisation, very friendly, ambitious and are dedicated to providing high quality, fun and socially inclusive events for our local communities. If you share our passion and have the skills and experience we’re looking for, we’d love to hear from you.
