Who we support & the services we offer
Our professional team of support staff offer a range of care in the home or out in the community to adults and older people across Gloucestershire and Herefordshire.
We empower people to remain living in their own homes safely and for as long as possible, as well as providing a range of activities that support and maintain their health or improve their wellbeing and quality of life, including Day Centre or home-based activities, Ladies Lunch groups, Gents Pub Lunch Club, and Skittles.
Why work for us?

Between 2017-2020, we have been proud to receive awards in categories including Innovators in Care, Care Co-ordinator, Frontline Leader and commended nationally for our End of Life care services.
Working for Crossroads Gloucestershire provides a fantastic opportunity to learn key skills or gain valuable experience. Our induction and training schemes provide an excellent platform for people at the start of their career or for those looking to switch to another profession.
