Who we are

At Creative Mentor Network, we believe in a future where there is no class ceiling in the UK's creative industries.

We run mentoring programmes that directly support 16-25 year olds from lower socioeconomic backgrounds in accessing the creative industry and finding work by partnering directly with professionals in creative organisations. They are paired with trained mentors who are given the tools to support the young people in our community and the knowledge that enables them to be inclusive and accessible leaders. 

By championing socioeconomic diversity, equity and inclusion we are creating more inclusive workplace cultures and making the industry more accessible for young people from lower socioeconomic backgrounds.
