About us

Who we are

CPotential is a registered charity that has been seeing potential in disabled children since 1963.

We offer a wide range of integrated rehabilitation services and support for babies, children and young people who have movement disorders due to conditions such as cerebral palsy, global developmental delay or acquired brain injury.

Many of the children we work with also have related difficulties such as learning disabilities or sensory processing and/or communication.

Our rehabilitation services are child-focused, play-based and fun, with our expert clinicians carrying out multidisciplinary assessments and setting combined goals to help children and young people reach their full potential. By addressing their needs as early as possible we can help your child gain the vital skills they need as they grow older.

We are a one-stop-shop offering a range of additional holistic support for parents, carers and families, by signposting to experts in wellbeing, counselling and legal, financial, educational advice, and fundraising guidance.

We create a warm, supportive, fun and interactive environment at our Centre in Muswell Hill, north London, and love to celebrate each child’s achievement.

The Mission is to be the champion in unlocking potential in children and young adults with movement disorders by 2027.

The Vision is that people with movement disorders are empowered to reach their potential.

The sooner we act, the greater the impact.
