About us
Who we are
We are a not-for-profit organisation based in Lewisham supporting people with barriers in the education, training, and employment sector.
Our projects are unique and tailored to the needs of the different groups that we work with, and through our connections, we always offer professional opportunities (such as work shadowing, placements, internships, apprenticeships, traineeships, courses, visits): Youth 14+, SEN (Special Educational Needs), mental health challenges, disengaged, unemployed, excluded, coming from a low socio-economic background, NEETs (Not in Education, Employment, or Training), BME (Black Minority Ethnic), Children (7-13), Students, Mature (18+), Seniors (50+), Ex-offenders, Homeless — and more.
Our programmes add value to the Alternative Education Provision and include elements of PSHCE (Personal, Social, Health and Citizenship Education), the newly statutory elements that came into force in September 2021 for primary and secondary schools.
We deliver education, career, and employment support through workshops, 1 to 1 coaching, mentoring, conferences, networking events, work experience, training courses.
