Who we are

Coast and Vale Community Action is a registered charity and not-for-private-profit community enterprise working iin the Scarboroughand Ryedale areas of North Yorkshire.

We provide managed workspace and community facilties, run community projects and help communities to raise thier voice and take positive action to imporve quality of commu ity life.

Our culture and values

We believe that local people have the power to make positive changes to their lives and the lives of others around them.  We believe that stronger community connections create empowered and resilient communities which are equipped to withstand the challenges they face.  Coast and Vale Community Action is passionate about creating the conditions in which local people can feel they belong, have strong social bonds and the confidence to collectively tackle common issues and concerns
