We evaluate our programmes annually, using participant feedback and the latest insights from the sector to comprehensively review and update programme content. This enables us to equip participants with leading industry tools and insights and ensure learning is responsive to the sector’s continuously evolving needs.

Accessible, interactive learning
Our programmes are designed to be interactive and are not classroom format. We continuously seek to improve outcomes by enabling participants to tailor content around their existing commitments, using the latest e-learning technology to improve learning outcomes.

Accelerated Development 
Our Social Capabilities Framework enables individuals to select programmes and training most suited to their current needs. This enables learning outcomes and behaviours to be quickly and effectively applied.

Lifelong leadership development
Our Fellowship community is home to some of the sector’s most talented leaders, providing access to a rich source of shared knowledge, expertise and inspiration. We believe in the transformative power of peer-to-peer networks and their ability to aencourage cross-sector partnerships and learning. All individuals who successfully complete our Emerging Leader and Experienced Leader Programmes are awarded the Clore Social Fellowship Award and invited to participate in our Fellowship community, enabling them to continue their lifelong leadership journey, enhancing their impact and unlocking their potential.
