Who we are

We are Clarion Futures, a charitable foundation delivering one of the country’s largest social investment programmes.  We want to help people to develop their futures and maximise the opportunities available to them.  Our mission is to provide them with the tools and support they need to overcome their challenges, transforming lives and communities for the better.

Our volunteers support vulnerable groups in society including people with complex needs, young women in recovery from addiction, people with mental health difficulties, people with learning disabilities, older people, vulnerable families and ex-offenders.

Volunteering

We are looking for volunteers who are honest, reliable, committed, enthusiastic and have a genuine interest in improving our services for the people that use them.

We provide all of our volunteers with a thorough induction, high quality training and regular guidance throughout their volunteering experience.  We also provide opportunities for peer support, reimburse travel expenses to and from the workplace and a contribution towards any lunch expenses volunteers incur.
