About us
Who we are
Citizens Advice Stroud & Cotswold Districts helps people solve their problems - whatever they are - by providing free, impartial, confidential and independent advice to anyone who needs it across the Stroud and Cotswold Districts.
The service is provided by a team of highly experienced and well trained volunteer advisers who are supported by a small core team of paid staff as well as volunteer receptionists and administrators. Specialist money advice is also available from caseoworkers who can support clients with more complex money and debt issues - these account for nearly half our work. Other common enquiries are around employment, housing and relationship/ family issues.
Advice is available by dropping in to one of our centres across the region, by freephone telephone or online via our webiste. more details of locations and opening hours is avaialble on our website.
Although a member of the national Citizens Advice network, we are a locally focussed and locally managed charity relying on the support of our local community.
