Who we are

Citizens Advice Sefton is a local charity committed to serving the Sefton area by providing free and accessible advice to all. Our volunteers are the backbone of our services, offering their time and expertise to assist people with a wide range of issues. We believe that everyone deserves access to accurate information and guidance, no matter their circumstances.

We serve thousands of people each year, helping them navigate their issues and find solutions that work for them. Our team includes trained advice volunteers, administrative support, and specialists who work together to make a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.
