Citizens Advice Sandwell Click Start

Who we are

The Citizens Advice Sandwell Click Start team works on BBO Click Start, a project funded by the European Social Fund and Big Lottery Community Fund to help people who are out of work develop their digital skills, become more connected to their money, and improve their employability.

The project tailors its delivery to include basic skills, such as setting up and sending emails, to more complex processes such as how to job search, use price comparison sites, and manage money online. 

Though employed by Citizens Advice Sandwell, the project works throughout the Black Country, with Digital Coaching offered in Sandwell, Dudley, Walsall, and Wolverhampton.
