About us
Who we are
At Citizens Advice New Forest (CANF), we provide free, confidential, and impartial advice to anyone in need. We have fully trained advisers and can offer advice on a wide range of problems we all face at some point in our lives, like employment, consumer issues, and housing. We are an independent charity serving the community of the New Forest District, we are open to everyone who lives or works in the New Forest.
Aims:
- To provide the advice people need for the problems they face, empowering them to make informed decisions and tackle life’s problems with confidence.
- To improve the policies and practices that affect people’s lives.
With friendly local offices and advice sessions held in community spaces across the New Forest, we’re part of the community ready to support people in person, by phone, or online.
