About us
Who we are
Citizens Advice Hounslow is a charity, a member of the renowned Citizens Advice national organisation.
We provide free, confidential, impartial advice for the problems people face. We promote equality and challenge discrimination.
In 2016-17 we helped over 8,000 Hounslow residents with 28,000 problems, mainly welfare benefits, debt, housing, employment, and family & relationship issues.
We have three offices, in Brentford & Chiswick, Hounslow and Feltham. We also do outreach work in Isleworth, Bedfont and Heston.
You can really make a difference through volunteering for us.
We provide free high quality training for all our volunteers and the opportunity to practice advice skills under an experienced supervisor. You don't need prior experience and we have many volunteering roles available to suit your abilities:
- trustee, receptionist, admin, information assistant, research & campaign officer, gateway assessor, adviser.
We welcome applicants from any backround, we are inclusive and promotors of Equal Opportunity.
