The Citizens Advice service helps to give people the information and tools they need to resolve their problems. As the UK's largest advice provider, we are trained to assist with most issues, spanning debt and employment to consumer and housing, and almost everything in between!

Citizens Advice Chelmsford offers a generalist advice service, advising on a range of issues including:-

- Debt (specially trained advisers)
- Immigration (limited)
- Family and relationships
- Consumer
- Financial Capability

The advice service can be accessed via telephone or a drop-in service. This has recently been expanded to include advice via digital channels such as email. With every client there will be an initial assessment to determine the best and most appropriate level of advice going forward.
