Charity Talent's founding directors have over 25 years’ combined experience within the Charity and Not for Profit sector. In short, you’re in safe hands. We know almost everything about our industry and if we don’t know we’ll find out. 

We know how to help you write your CV, prepare you for interview and because we have a desire to know our clients inside out, you will always feel prepared and we hope you will tell all your friends and colleagues about us.

We established the business because we genuinely love what we do and we intend to be around to help you for a long time. We operate across the Not for Profit sector, recruiting at all levels, covering contract and permanent opportunities.

Our business is built on candidate and client referrals. We care about our relationships and have enjoyed watching hundreds of our candidates start their careers in administration and work their way up to directors.

We love a challenge and it’s really fun thinking outside the box when assisting client’s in building teams with like minded individuals. We are not ‘salespeople’; we listen, consult, deliver and have fun along the way.
