About us
Who we are
The Charity IT Association (CITA) has been established to help charities be more effective by supporting them to make best use of Information Technology. We do this by providing pro bono IT volunteers to support charities in a number ways. Our vision is ‘a world in which charities are able to harness the full potential of technology to increase their potential for good’.
CITA currently operates as as a charitable programme of the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists (Charity registration number 1113488). CITA is currently being regsistered as a CIO with the Charity Commission.
