About us

Who we are

The Central Sussex United Area covers an area bordered by Eastbourne, Crowborough, Haywards Heath and Newhaven. It consists of 24 churches which are Methodist, URC or a combination of both and some which are also linked with the Anglican and Baptist denominations.

As a united Area, we are an independent charity in our own right, but we exist in order to support the churches within our area. We came together in September 2007 to enable us to pool resources and support each other in our work.
