Cancer Awareness for Teens & Twenties

Who we are

We are Cancer Awareness for Teens and Twenties, but you can call us CATTs. We work for a future where all young people across the UK have access to essential health education and practical support, so cancer can be detected earlier both in youth and during later adulthood. We’re a grassroots, youth-led organisation, built from years of experience working with and for young people, many who have lived experience of cancer. 

We give young people across the UK access to this vital health education to empower them to know their own bodies and feel confident communicating health worries. We do this by working with young people to provide interactive workshops that cover a multitude of topics concerning their health from how to spot changes to moles, to what happens during a cervical screening and everything in between. We believe educating people on cancer from a young age is vital to saving lives.
