Bruce Tait Associates Ltd. is a recruitment, fundraising and communications consultancy specialising in the charity and non-profit sectors. Bruce Tait Associates is unique. We are a specialist fundraising recruitment agency staffed entirely by people who have been fundraisers. We know exactly what it takes to recruit a fundraiser and excel at helping charitable organisations recruit the perfect person for their fundraising role. We also use our years of experience to help charities develop their fundraising capacity through providing services such as strategic fundraising consultancy, mentoring and interim management. For over 5 years we have used our expertise to match fundraisers with charities, not just in Scotland (where we are proudly based) but throughout the UK. And as any of our clients or placed candidates will tell you – we’re really, really good at it. We were born out of the belief that fundraising & recruitment services could be delivered far more effectively by people who have worked in the sector as fundraisers. We provide a high quality, personalised service to clients and candidates, remain flexible to their needs, keep abreast of market trends and provide pro-active and innovative fundraising and recruitment solutions. We recognise that each client has its own unique working culture and we do our utmost to ensure we meet their requirements.
