Who we are

Bristol Community Health is a Community Interest Company (CIC) and not-for-profit social enterprise providing NHS community health services to the people of Bristol. We provide over 35 different services, ranging from community nursing teams and end of life care to prison healthcare, diabetes support and physiotherapy. We are guided by our mission and values, and operate for the good of the communities we serve. Our core purpose is to improve the health and wellbeing of local people, touching their lives and helping communities to ‘live life well’. We do not make profit for shareholders – any surpluses we make are reinvested in our services.
