Bridge the Gap Ending Digital Poverty is a community-focused social enterprise dedicated to breaking down the barriers of digital exclusion. Based in Hackney, we serve marginalized communities across London and beyond, with a mission to empower individuals and families by providing access to essential digital tools, skills, and support.

What We Do
At Bridge the Gap, we believe digital inclusion is a fundamental right, not a privilege. We work to ensure that everyone, regardless of their background, can benefit from the opportunities the digital world offers.

Our Services and Support

• Device Provision/Data access: We supply refurbished laptops and free data access, to individuals and families who lack access to devices and internet access, ensuring they can connect to vital services and opportunities.
• Digital Skills Training: Through workshops and one-to-one sessions, we teach essential skills, such as online safety, accessing public services, job applications, and using productivity tools.
• Community Programs: We collaborate with local organizations, schools, and community centres to run tailored initiatives addressing the specific needs of different groups, including neurodiverse individuals, the elderly, and low-income families.
• Support for Neurodiverse Communities: We specialize in supporting neurodiverse individuals and their families, providing accessible digital tools and resources that promote confidence, structure, and independence.
• Advocacy and Awareness: We advocate for systemic change by working with stakeholders to tackle the root causes of digital exclusion and promote inclusive policies.
