About us
Who we are
BEES is the provider of counselling advice and advocacy service delivering culturally sensitive and responsive support to Black people. Skilled Black professionals with lived experience of working and living within the wider community will deliver tailored support to empower and enrich those accessing the service. All service users will have access to advice and information to enable them to make informed choices about their lives.
Our culture and values
BEES believe that the Black community benefits and thrives through the provision of culturally specific and holistic support. We serve the community through the provision of services which exist to empower the community through managing the impact of challenges and improving outcomes overall for the community.
Equality, diversity and inclusion policy
BEES will facilitate and empower the Black communities ability to communicate their needs, access appropriate services provision and project that positive experience back into the community.
Whilst we are open to all applications and would sincerely encourage a broad range of candidates to apply, under the Equality Act 2010,
BEES CIC may choose to take positive action in offering tol to a Black applicant due to the occupational requirements associated with the role.
We are committed to applying our equal opportunities policy at all stages of recruitment and selection.
