BCOP was founded in 1946 with the objective of providing care, support and accommodation for older people. 

We are committed to:

• Achieve consistently high quality standards of care and support for older people across all our services 
• Maintain a commitment to 'not for profit' status so that we can reinvest any surplus in our services and people
• Achieve our vision through the development and retention of high quality people 
• Commit to providing care services exceeding residents' expectations in respect of quality and choice.
