About us
Who we are
Founded 36 years ago, Ayrshire Cancer Support provides practical and emotional support to people affected by cancer in Ayrshire. We are no small charity – and we deliver more services to people affected by cancer in Ayrshire than any other charity. We have excellent community engagement with over 400 volunteers supporting our cause. We provide patient transport, counselling and complementary therapies in our centres in Ayr and Kilmarnock, as well as within the NHS.
