Who we are

APS Support UK helps people affected by antiphospholipid syndrome (APS).

APS is a life-threatening autoimmune condition that can cause strokes, heart attacks, blood clots on the lung and Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT).

APS is the most significant treatable cause of recurrent miscarriage, and is also associated with high rates of stillbirth, pre–eclampsia, low weight babies and premature births.

APS Support UK aims to achieve earlier diagnosis and offer support to anyone affected by antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) through awareness, education and research.
