About us
Who we are
Allsorts is a place where disabled children can truly be themselves - embracing both the everyday and the extraordinary - without pressure to fit in. Their families can access much needed support as they strive for rich lives for their children. We provide a busy timetable of activities for 0-25’s with additional needs in Gloucestershire. Additionally, their families get access to an essential community of people who ‘get it’, reducing isolation and loneliness. With increased resilience and confidence, Allsorts families can thrive, have fun, and support one another!
YuGo is our commercial arm providing accessible exercise for people of all ages and abilities. Our mission is to engage and inspire people to enjoy healthy living designed for them. YuGo’s distributable profits are re-invested into Allsorts.

- Ensuring appropriate support is in place for anyone needing reasonable adjustments which will enable them to work effectively
- Flexible organisation open to receiving feedback and being committed to adapting service provision.
- Delivering team training and facilitating workshops on aspects of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (E,D&I) whilst considering the relationship with our own Vision and Values.
- Regularly evaluating our recruitment processes to enhance accessibility for applicants.
- Investing in time and resources to equip staff to support each other and the broader community.
