About Age UK Tameside

Age UK Tameside is a local independent charity who has been providing services for older people for over thirty years. Our staff and volunteers are committed to delivering a range of social care services and commercial ventures to support our work across Tameside.

We provide a range of services to support older people to remain well, active and independent for as long as possible. Our vision is for people to have choice and control in later life so that they can live the life they choose. We strive to be the first choice organisation for people in later life and we involve, support and champion their needs in everything we do.
