About us
Who we are
Age UK Norfolk supports older people and their families living in Norfolk by providing confidential free infomation and advice on benefits, household finances, lasting power of attorney, local services and support, community care, advocacy and NHS complaints.
Age UK Norfolk also runs a telephone befriending service. Telephone befriending is a chatty, friendly weekly call where the volunteer builds a relationship with an older person with the aim of reducing isolation and loneliness.
Volunteers make up over two thirds of the Age UK Norfolk team and the services we offer to support older people simply wouldn’t exist if it wasn’t for our valued volunteers. We have volunteer roles in information and advice, benefit outreach, money matters, administration and our shops. See our website for more information or contact (01603) 785210.
We are proud to be making Norfolk a great place to grow older.
