Who we are
4Children is a national charity campaigning to help Britain’s families thrive.
We run services which support parents, children and young people in communities right across the country with 1200 employees working in over a hundred settings, including Children’s Centres, nurseries, schools, RAF bases and youth clubs. As one of the largest not for profit Children’s Centre providers in the country, we believe that children and families should be at the heart of our society and actively involved in shaping the decisions about the services they need.
As you might expect from one of the countries leading providers of childcare working for 4Children is a rewarding and inspiring experience. We offer a number of opportunities throughout our services from Nursery Practitioners to Family Practitioners, Youth Workers to Service Managers as well as various administrative and support function roles within our Head Office in the London Docklands.
Training and development is a fundamental part of what we do and there are several examples within 4Children of employees who have worked their way up to management positions, making use of funded training, on the job development and a fantastic in house training program.
