This role is a permanent full time role working 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will receive a salary of £52.628 per annum. This role is home based but will require frequent travel to Coventry, and further travel to our services across the country.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that all residential accommodation is well managed, in accordance with ROSH regulatory standards, decent homes standards and any other relevant legislation.
- Lead the Property team and be a role model, demonstrating Christian values and understand, demonstrate and articulate the Christian ethos at the heart of the organisational work. The post holder must be a Christ-centred individual who is able to put their belief in Christ into action as a leader and as a manager of staff. Provide pastoral signposting to staff as required.
- Coach, manage and develop the Property team to ensure that they have the required skills to deal with enquiries and deliver a high-quality service.
- Manage and direct the activities the Property team in conjunction with the Buildings Managers and to ensure staff are kept up to date with current best practice, professional methodology in accordance with relevant legislation and effective contract management.
- Ensure the effective delivery of the objectives of the Trusts Asset Strategy
In addition, the successful candidate will be a practicing Christian who will create an environment where people feel valued, empowered and equipped to do their best work. This person will play a key part in providing strong Christian leadership and will be required to uphold the Trust’s Christian ethos and Christ like culture, aligned with our Christian Identity, and therefore there is a genuine occupational requirement for the post holder to be a practicing and professing Christian under the Equality Act 2010.

What you’ll do:
- Deliver a decision support service to managers and directors to deliver improved financial performance outcomes for the RCR.
- Ensure that partners use effective financial controls over their spend and income conforming to RCR’s policies and to optimise RCR’s outcomes.
- Support the partners in the production of outturn forecasts, budgets and multiyear financial plans that conform to RCR’s financial needs.
- Provide effective analytical insight and advice to partners and Head of Finance to maximise the return on investment and support for implementing change to improve outcomes.

What you’ll need:
- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc)

Role overview
This key role manages our flagship and award-winning project supporting refugees with IT Hardware. The project collects IT Hardware, refurbishes and repairs it through our network of technicians, matches it with a suitable recipient through our referral process and then distributes it to charities and individual refugees and asylum seekers at no cost to the recipient. The project is in its third year, in which it will grow to overseeing e-waste collection and tech re-sale.
This role has two central arms: project management and volunteer management.
Overall management of the project includes key decision-making on tech refurbishment and distribution, building and maintaining key partnerships, impact reporting, staff management, external representation, developing and recording institutional memory and supporting the project's strategic growth with support from the Director. The postholder will be responsible for working with their team to maintain the smooth running of the project and deliver the project outcomes. They will deputise for the Director where necessary.
Volunteer management predominantly looks like the recruitment, coordination, training and retention of technical volunteers, many of whom are asylum seeking graduates of our tech training course. The post holder will be the go-to person for the volunteers and provide technical and management support with the help of our Technical Lead.
We know good project managers have a variety of skills and experience. We are not running a personal specification, but the strongest applications will indicate staff management experience and basic knowledge of IT repair.

Outcome 1 - Manage the Digital Access project and the team working to deliver its outcomes

Oversee the logistics and operations involved in collecting, storing and redistributing large quantities of IT Hardware, including the distribution of Data SIM cards to recipients with support from your team.

Work with the Engagement Manager to identify and communicate with businesses, individuals and other sources of IT Hardware to explain our process and the impact of the project.

Oversee the smooth running of and improvements to the referral process through which charity partners and individual refugees apply for and receive devices.

Ensure the project goals are delivered on time and within budget.

Provide thoughtful and kind management of the Operations Coordinator and Operations Assistant, meeting regularly and supporting their development.

Record the institutional memory of the project through a digital guide to the processes and learnings which constitute the Digital Access programme.

Ensure everyone at Screen Share who engages with the project does so in line with our safeguarding and privacy policies.
Outcome 2 - Monitor, evaluate and communicate the impact of our device provision

Collate and present service user and device data (e.g use-case, age, geography) on a monthly and quarterly basis which represents our impact on the ground for internal and external audiences.

Lead on the measurement of our impact through collection of case studies and distribution of our feedback form.

Critically analyse and improve our impact measurement process to ensure it is ethical and fit for purpose.

Work directly with service users, the Director and Communications team to produce compelling stories of the impact of Screen Share’s provision, with particular focus on our annual impact report.
Outcome 3 - Coordinate tech volunteers, external repair partners and technical staff (tech agents) to secure a regular flow of repair and refurbishment

Oversee the process by which tech agents request and receive parts for the refurbishment process (hardware, software and tools).

Work with our Technical Lead to ensure tech agents are provisioning devices consistently across our suite.

Ensure the smooth implementation of changes to our technical provision.

Critically analyse and improve the way in which the repair and refurbishment process is technically facilitated and recorded.

Design and Deliver a tech volunteer retention strategy.

Ensure our repair and refurbishment costs do not exceed our budget.

Conduct in-person reviews with tech agents to monitor their progress and provide quality assurance.

Explain our process to prospective repair partners and onboard them onto our system.
Outcome 4 - Recruit, train and support new technical volunteers

Design and implement a nationwide technical volunteer recruitment and retention strategy which establishes a regular flow of technical volunteers into Screen Share, including and especially volunteers from an asylum seeking background and those who have graduated from our training course.

Facilitate tech volunteer onboarding including external references, interviews and safeguarding.

Coordinate and lead monthly volunteer tech team meetings.

Outcome 5 - Ensure Screen Share tech agent records are kept up to date

Ensure contact logs are maintained for each tech agent in accordance with GDPR legislation and that holidays/preferences/issues are recorded

Outcome 6 - Contribute to the strategic development of the project and ensure the Director receives appropriate support

Represent the project to prospective partners, local councils and at public events, increasing its visibility within the refugee and tech sector.

Design and implement experiments to test assumptions, minimise risk and scale the project.

About the Role

Job Description
The Jewish Museum London has undergone substantial positive change over the past year, moving out of our Camden site and moving to a ‘Museum without Walls’ model. With new leadership installed at both lay and staff levels and a consultation process about to begin for the development of a five and fifteen-year strategy the Museum is looking for a new member of the team to assist our new CEO, Sally Angel, as she works to deliver a new vision for the Museum.
Our museum is made up of passionate and expert staff and a collection of over 40,000 objects which are both accredited and designated with Outstanding status by Arts Council England. Our learning programmes hold multiple awards, and our visitor feedback is consistently very high, however, we have much bigger ambitions than our current success. Overall purpose
Your primary responsibility will be to lead Breaking Barriers’ employment programme in Birmingham and the West Midlands, and support the Senior Employment Services Manager and Director of Services in ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency in the support we provide to clients.
Working closely with the Senior Employment Services Manager, you will take ownership of delivery within this region and lead on the delivery of the contract, including maintaining effective external stakeholder relationships and providing accurate and timely reporting. AFH is an NGO that provides aid and assistance to people affected by natural and man-made disasters. Our vision is a world of crises-resilient communities. AFH has taken a leadership role on advocacy for the ongoing conflict in Gaza and has a long history of being a thought leader on the humanitarian crisis in Syria. In order to help achieve this goal, AFH is recruiting an Advocacy & Policy Manager, where the successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Communications, manage and strengthen AFH’s advocacy campaigns, and develop and build networks to support our advocacy efforts. The Advocacy & Policy Manager will also be the focal point between the organisation and policymakers, in the UK and beyond.
The Advocacy & Policy Manager will advocate the humanitarian needs stemming from the crises in Gaza, Syria, Yemen and other contexts in which the organisation works. They will convey the voice from the ground, to various external audiences, and will build a presence there to promote the organisation’s work, which is rapidly evolving and is entering newer phases.
Your accountabilities as our Advocacy & Policy Manager will include the following:
Building external relations
- Lead on creating and executing an Advocacy strategy and relationship-building plan to ensure AFH is well connected and respected amongst key stakeholders including politicians, policy makers, governing bodies, other NGOs, etc. Regularly seek new opportunities to enhance external relations.
- Represent AFH in advocacy meetings, humanitarian coordination and other forums, conferences, events, and working groups, leading as many as possible.

- Build and maintain relationships with regional advocacy groups in and around Palestine, Syria, Yemen and other contexts.
- Position AFH as influential in public debates on Palestine, Syria, Yemen and other countries where AFH works, making AFH a resource for journalists and other key stakeholders covering related issues.
- Keep abreast of regional advocacy groups in and around Palestine, Syria, Yemen and other contexts.
Supporting internal stakeholders
- Guide and advise AFH’s head and field offices on advocacy issues and trends.
- Support our field offices with Advocacy capacity building and enhancing business development, partnerships, and institutional funding.
- Support the head office with enhancing business development, partnerships, and institutional funding, through targeted external stakeholder engagement and improving the technical branding of Action For Humanity in the eyes of potential partner institutions.

- Closely monitor the evolving humanitarian and political context in the Middle East, Asia and Africa, particularly where AFH currently operates, and disseminate written and verbal updates and analysis in a timely manner to internal and external stakeholders.

- Build up AFH’s advocacy work in relation to domestic programmes.

Education
