FearFree delivers services across the Southwest for victims, children and perpetrators of domestic abuse and victims of sexual violence. We provide responsive, victim focused, and trauma informed support and this post will be fundamental to ensuring service users, stakeholders and partners experience this in our daily delivery.

This role is part of the commissioned Gloucestershire Positive Relationships (PRG) Service. The role can involve the delivery of evening group work once a week in Gloucestershire (4 hours per week) and the provision of 1-2-1 support for people not suitable or not yet suitable for the accredited programme. 1-2-1 support will be culturally flexible, appropriate, accessible and equitable to people of all ages, genders, ethnicities, abilities and sexual orientations.

This role will also include responsibilities of service promotion, awareness raising, triage, assessments and outreach 1-2-1 support across the county within the different districts.

The post holder will play a key part in developing and delivering an effective model of 1-2-1 interventions to assist people to change their behaviour, in addition to the delivery of a Respect accredited, structured abuse prevention programme delivered with a co-worker.

There may be additional opportunities for sessional programme delivery of other programmes.

The role will also include working with other agencies to ensure that a coordinated community response approach is taken to support the persons recovery and personal goals and attendance at multi agency meetings as required.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those affected by domestic abuse.

Client Based Duties

• Identify and assess the risks and needs of individuals who are abusive in a relationship or other domestic setting, using an evidence-based risk identification checklist e.g. Respect RIC.
• Advocate for individuals who need to address their abusive behaviour.
• Take part in casework meetings with other workers and share information with the Partner Safety Worker/affected Others Worker for men on the structured programme.
• Co-facilitate an accredited group programme one evening a week.
• Where possible, cover holiday/sickness absence of other group facilitators.
• To implement actions agreed in casework discussions.
• Understand the role of all relevant statutory and non-statutory services available to those who are abusive and how your role fits into them.
• Liaise closely with and refer on to other organisations that support victims for the partners of those receiving 1-2-1 support.
• Support the client to recognise their abusive behaviour and the effect that it has on others/their families and assist them in recognising the features and dynamics of domestic abuse present in their situation, and help them change unhealthy patterns of behaviour.
• Understand multi-agency partnership structures and work within a multi-agency setting which may include participation at the MARAC/MAPPA.  You will contribute interventions and help design a plan to protect victims and affected others, whilst maintaining an independent role on behalf of your client, keeping the safety of those affected at the forefront of all actions.
• Ensure support provided is accessible to clients in terms of location and times.
• Be proactive with your line manager in carrying out regular case reviews based on a review of risk and abuse which:
  • Feeds back into action planning to further progress, signpost or close cases and;
  • Provides feedback to your clients/agencies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential case management records and safety plans and contribute to monitoring information for the service.
• Respect and value the diversity of the community in which the services works in, and recognise the needs and concerns of a diverse range of people ensuring the service is accessible.  
• Remain up-to-date and compliant with all organisational procedures policies and professional codes of conduct and uphold standards of best practice.
• Utilise evaluation and monitoring systems to ensure high standards of service are consistently achieved e.g. Orchard Database.

Other

• In partnership with other 1-2-1 BC Advisors, support the development of the 1-2-1 service offering ensuring consistency across the organisation.
• Deliver a flexible model of 1-2-1 work, evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and design new interventions as appropriate.
• Co-deliver awareness raising open days for professionals.
• Contribute to reports for FearFree management as requested.
• Comply with data protection legislation, confidentiality and information sharing policy and procedures and all legislation connected to your work.
• Support colleagues and partner agencies, through awareness raising and institutional advocacy, in order to provide the best possible service for those who are abusive within a family setting.

General

The Energy Neighbours Project Manager will work closely with the CEO and all TSL employees to deliver TSL’s strategic goals. 

As the Senior MEL Officer in the MEL team, you will support the Head of Impact & Learning and the MEL Manager, as well as the Programmes & Impact department and wider team, to measure and analyse the quality and impact of our programming. You’ll use your strong organisation skills, experience in data collection and analysis, and ability to identify key trends and impact in our work. You will also work with colleagues across the organisation to ensure that our impact and expertise in working with women entrepreneurs is measured and communicated accurately and effectively to our Board of Trustees and external stakeholders.

Department purpose

This role sits within the Programmes & Impact department, which is responsible for the development and delivery of our programmes and services, ensuring they are delivered to a high quality, remain responsive to women entrepreneurs’ needs and have demonstrable impact. The department is divided into three teams: Entrepreneurship, which is responsible for delivery of services such as HerVenture and the four ‘Road to’ programmes, Mentoring, which is responsible for development and delivery of the Mentoring Women in Business programme, and MEL, which is responsible for quality impact measurement, analysis and research.

Key responsibilities

Main obligations

• Support the development and implementation of MEL systems and tools across Mentoring and Entrepreneurship projects, providing the Foundation with the necessary information to understand our impact and inform programme improvements.
• Support in collection and analysis of organisational KPIs and provide overall operational support for the MEL team.

Specific responsibilities

• Programme Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning
• Ensure up-to-date programme monitoring and evaluation materials (surveys, data collection tools and theoretical frameworks) are in place for existing programmes as well as those that are in development.
• In collaboration with colleagues in the Mentoring and Entrepreneurship teams, execute the annual calendar of programme and partner surveys, including uploading and testing the surveys.
• Develop analysis plans aligned to key research questions, programme goals and logical frameworks.
• Collect, clean and analyse quantitative and qualitative programme data aligned to programme goals, logical frameworks, organisational KPIs, and general summaries of findings.
• Collaborate with colleagues on the Mentoring and Entrepreneurship teams to support dissemination of programme findings and cross-site trends internally and externally.

Research and Evaluation

• Provide administrative, logistical and analytical support for programme evaluation and in-country data collection.
• Conduct desk research to support programme implementation and/or provide background and context for research and evaluation findings.
• Collect, clean and analyse data for Foundation-led or commissioned research and evaluations.
• Support development of tools and protocols for qualitative data collection, and conduct remote and in-country fieldwork, as needed.
• Project management and administration
• Attend and document monthly MEL meetings with colleagues in the Entrepreneurship and Mentoring teams.
• Support drafting internal and external reports to donors and in-country partners sharing programme outcomes and recommendations.
• Provide administrative support to the MEL team to organise and archive programme data, and anonymise PII in accordance with GDPR, under the direction of the MEL Manager.
• Maintain MEL data storage systems, including an organised library of accessible data collection tools and a database of vetted survey questions.

 Person specification

• Essential criteria
• Two or more years of experience working in MEL, ideally related to international development.
• Experience with MEL tools and approaches for qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis, including survey design and implementation, semi-structured interviews, focus groups and outcome harvesting.
• Good skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint and SurveyMonkey (or other survey tools such as Kobo Toolbox or Google Forms).
• Data collection, storage, analysis, and visualisation skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to juggle competing priorities while maintaining a meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to develop a clear narrative from data, pitched at an appropriate level for the target audience, and to develop evidence-based recommendations.

Desirable criteria

• Understanding of data collection challenges in low and middle income countries.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams (or other project management/collaborative software) and Google open source suite of programmes, including Forms.

• Understanding of key issues in women’s economic empowerment, entrepreneurship, and of gender and development.

The Energy Neighbours Information and Data Manager is responsible for setting up and managing the systems that enable all staff and organisations involved in the project to gather and use information and data. Information and Data Manager works with the Project Manager to make good use of staff and partners time through excellent information systems.

The Energy Neighbours Information and Data Manager ensures the whole team has the information and data systems they need to engage and support residents and community organisations – and be accountable to partners and funders. The Information and Data Manager ensures information and data is secure, up to date and used to improve and develop the project.

The Energy Neighbours Project Coordinator enables all staff and organisations involved in the project to work together effectively. The Coordinator works with the Project Manager to develop effective, safe ways of working that make the best use of resources.

The Coordinator ensures the quality and effectiveness of record keeping, risk management and joined-up planning across the project. They help the team work together on planning work and preparations for forums, conferences and reporting. The Coordinator provides support to ensure that the project’s safeguarding, health & safety, finance and contracting arrangements are implemented across the team. They manage the office and equipment.

The Energy Neighbours Project Coordinator will work closely with adn report to the Energy Neighbours Project Manager.

This is a pivotal strategic role in our organisation which will focus on the growth and development of our engagement with our stakeholders, partners and supporters. Together with your counterpart, The Head of Fundraising and Communication (Public and Corporate), you will drive income growth and lead on developing our social capital and presence within the city.

New Horizon Youth Centre (NHYC) runs London's only youth-specific emergency accommodation project in partnership with Depaul UK. The London Youth Hub, based in Islington, provides emergency accommodation and support to help young people facing rough sleeping to transition into safe, long-term housing and achieve independence. The Advice Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of the Advice Service and for managing and developing the team of Advice Workers, including the Senior Advice Worker who leads on delivery.

The service operates predominantly from our Ipswich office, but the Advice Service Manager is also responsible for organising outreach services for asylum seekers and refugees elsewhere in Suffolk. Along with the Senior Advice Worker, they provide expert guidance to the team, as well as to other professionals working with refugees and asylum seekers.

The Advice Service Manager is part of the Management Team and plays a role in overseeing the function of the organisation and its strategic development, especially in relation to SRS’s Advice Service. They are also responsible for developing the Advice Service according to client/organisational needs and strategy.

This is an exciting and engaging job opportunity to join elop’s dedicated and enthusiastic team. You will be supporting us to continue to save lives and improve mental health for LGBTQ+ community members through ensuring the smooth administration of elop's counselling, mental health and other services. 

As Services Administrator you will have a key role and direct responsibility for the administration of our counselling and mental health services, training and education services, and general office and organisational administrative duties.  This will include:

· responding to enquirers & information requests, and sign-posting callers to relevant staff

· receiving and processing service referrals and training applications

· taking and processing service and training bookings, and administering associated payments

· liaising with staff, volunteers, service users, clients, students, professionals

· maintaining central office and service files, data records, inputting and collating data

· assisting with service promotion

· administration of volunteer and student recruitment

· supporting admin volunteers

· contributing to staffing front of house/ reception

· maintaining administration of central office systems and associated facilities

· minute taking at varied service and team meetings

· contributing to service and training monitoring and evaluation

Safety Net is a charity supporting the recovery of those affected by rape, exploitation, sexual and domestic abuse across Cumbria. 

We offer free advice, support, counselling, therapy and group work to adults, children and young people who have been affected by abuse and trauma and provide trauma-informed care through a range of services designed to foster recovery and empowerment. 

We have a brilliant opportunity for a highly organised and effective Administration and Operations Lead to play a pivotal role in the smooth running of our organisation. You will be instrumental in ensuring day-to-day operations run effectively, allowing us to focus on providing crucial support to survivors of abuse. 

This role combines leading operations and administrative support with trustee liaison responsibilities.  It also encompasses management of a small team. 

You will have a demonstrable strong background in compliance, leading administration, delivery of services and process driven requirements in a robust and highly effective way.  To do this successfully you will also have developed communication, ICT and interpersonal skills, and have experience of leading operational processes, HR admin and data protection. Essentially, you will have a strong commitment to supporting our values and mission.

Key outcomes of the role are:

• Successful management of referrals for individuals affected by sexual and domestic abuse, ensuring processes are trauma-informed, and overseeing data collection and reporting.

• Effective development and implementation of systems to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness

• Total compliance with policy, procedure, and health and safety and legal requirements.

This is an excitign opportunity to lead our Youth Work programme and Day Centre provision at NHYC. This position is a six-month fixed-term contract to cover a staff member going on sabbatical. The contract is planned to run from February-August 2025. We are looking for someone who is able to maintain stable and consistent leadership for the team throughout that period, is a quick learner, and confident overseeing multiple programmes and activities. Given the short length of the contract, we encourage applications from those who may not have been in a more senior leadership position before and would like the opportunity to gain experience.  It would also suit anyone with prior experience who is keen to work in a dynamic environment and is passionate about making a tangible difference in the lives of young people facing homelessness.
