The postholder will support our parliamentary, government and stakeholder engagement, with the aim of ensuring that the voice of our members is heard across Westminster and Whitehall and that our influence as the voice of the NHS frontline is strengthened with key decision makers. This includes helping to ensure that trusts and NHS Providers colleagues are well-briefed on key parliamentary and government developments and providing administrative support to the public affairs team.

Important Information

Main Requirements
· To oversee the for the planning, management and delivery of all services, ensuring that KPIs and CIPs are fully met.
· To work closely with the Operational Manager to ensure quality delivery of services provided the Norfolk/Suffolk team, staff and volunteers.
· To develop and review the practice wheels and Logic Models that outlines the structure and research basis of the service. To engage with the Family Action Communities of Practice, roadshows and other internal opportunities to ensure strategic aims and objectives are constantly developing.
· To ensure a high standard of quality assurance and professional practice across the staff, through clinical and line management supervision, case audits, the use of MIR, Scorecard and Service Level Reports drawing upon data, and provision of training opportunities.
· Support Operational Manger to explore and identify areas of service needs across Norfolk and Suffolk and to build network and integrational working partnerships to support this.
· To be instrumental in shaping the future of the services both in Norfolk and Suffolk as well as part of the wider Central Team.
· Be responsible for the overall management, mentoring and support of Service Coordinators and, where needed, other staff.
· Deliver Family Action’s formal Annual Appraisal process for all workers, either ‘parenting’ or ‘grandparenting’ as required.

We are looking for a Corporate Partnerships Manager to support the Head of Membership Engagement in the overall development and delivery of commercial revenue streams at the Chartered Institute of Fundraising. Key Accountabilities

- To deliver the Sheppey Support Bus project and ensure its day-to-day operational tasks are fulfilled.
- To liaise with our community partners including supermarkets, Fairshare etc to support and provide for Oasis activities, including the Sheppey Support Bus.
- To monitor and evaluate activities using monitoring tools available to the team.
- To develop other opportunities that will enhance our offer to the local community.
The successful post holder must have:
- A relevant professional qualification in Community Work or able to demonstrate qualification by experience.
- Successful experience of working with complex communities.
- The ability to deal with private information and sensitive issues with a calm and confident approach in difficult situations.
- Ability to function in diverse settings and with a wide range of professional agencies.
- Self-motivation, resilience, excellent organisational/administrative and inter-personal skills are essential for this role.

As a member of the Charity's Leadership Team, you will be responsible for contributing to the ongoing development of our culture by embracing our vision, role modelling our values and driving positive colleague engagement.
As a member of the People Directorate Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering Learning and Colleague Engagement strategies, frameworks and plans that drive a positive employee and volunteer experience, resulting in a job ready and engaged workforce.
You will therefore need to demonstrate your abilities in the following areas:
- Developing the Learning strategy across the organisation.
- Identifying and putting plans in place to address the learning and development needs of all clinical and non-clinical employees and volunteers at all levels (including induction, management and leadership development).
- Setting the frameworks for monitoring and recording all learning activity, ensuring reports are provided to Committees as required.
- Developing the Colleague Engagement strategy across the organisation.
- Identifying and putting plans in place to address the communication needs of employees and volunteers at all levels (including organisational, culture and leadership comms not local and tactical comms).
- Deploying Rennie Grove Peace's chosen Listening Tool then understanding the results and collaborating with colleagues to drive workplace improvement.
- Recruiting, selecting and retaining staff and volunteers with the right skills to deliver organisational strategy in line with our values.
- Performing all people management responsibilities on time, supported by Rennie Grove Peace policies and procedures, including absence management, performance management, disciplinary and grievances.
