- Build and maintain the team’s programme of activities, ensuring resources are appropriately planned to deliver individual projects as needed.
- Work with the Head of Workforce Development and Training and Workforce Project Officers to plan and agree deliverable programmes of work over the college year.
- Oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of workforce development initiatives, ensuring alignment with RCR objectives.
- Undertake market research to evaluate the viability of proposed new workforce initiatives, targeting those with the greatest impact and reach.
- Establish and oversee necessary quality assurance mechanisms for workforce and training programmes.

The Role
As Trust Fundraising Manager you will secure new funding opportunities and work on a pool of warm and cold charitable Trusts with a focus on the £10,000 to £40,000 range. The role involves researching and qualifying prospects, submitting high quality funding applications and stewarding existing donors effectively. It will also involve managing reporting deadlines and matching potential donors to projects needing to be fundraised for, collaborating with our Service Teams.
You will prepare applications and reports to trusts and foundations, in line with funder deadlines, keeping in touch with donors and prospects via phone, virtually and face to face. You will match potential donors with projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach.
The person
You will have experience of: Securing funding from Trusts with excellent writing and presentation skills; Solid prospect research skills to identify new funding opportunities and maintain a forward pipeline of applications; Of working collaboratively with Service Teams to package and cost project areas; Stewardship of warm funders including preparing donor reports, reviewing financial reports and gathering case studies. You will also have strong time management skills with ability to manage and prioritise your workload and ideally experience of using a CRM for Trust Fundraising.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the development and delivery of a 3-year train the trainer pilot programme in the chosen pilot locations in England or Scotland.

St Mungo’s has been at the forefront of ending homelessness in the UK for over 50 years. They are seeking a Digital Fundraising Manager to lead their digital fundraising efforts and make a tangible impact in their fight against homelessness.
The digital fundraising team plays a pivotal role in engaging supporters, retaining donors and generating income for the charity. As the Digital Fundraising Manager, you will spearhead the strategic planning and execution of digital campaigns across multiple channels, including email, paid social and the website. You will oversee a team of two Digital Fundraising Officers and will collaborate with external agencies to drive results. This role requires a strategic thinker with a robust background in digital fundraising within the charity sector.
To be successful in the Digital Fundraising Manager role you will need:
- Proven track record in managing digital marketing campaigns, including email, paid social and the website.
- Strong ability to develop strategic plans and use data to drive decision-making.
- Demonstrable expertise in managing projects and budgets efficiently.
- Experience in fundraising would be advantageous.

About the role
As Senior Special Events Executive, you will significantly contribute to and drive growth in Crisis’ Events Fundraising portfolio. You will have joint responsibility for ensuring that the team income target (£2.3m in 24/25) is achieved, as well as a personal income target.
As part of this role, you will be helping to roll out and embed Crisis’ special events strategy, developing our relationships and ways of working with key individuals and partners.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A proven successful track record of planning, delivering, and evaluating special events to achieve a good return on investment
- Experience in relationship management and stewardship
- Confidence in communicating and collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to tailor content to different audiences
- Experience in logistical delivery, supplier management, reporting, debrief and evaluation

Our communications plays a critical role in raising awareness of this horrific human rights abuse, uplifting the stories of those with lived experience, and amplifying why investing in prevention is the future.
We are seeking a highly skilled and resourceful Communications Manager to cover a 9-month maternity leave period. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communications, design, and social media management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining brand integrity.
Responsibilities:
· Creating and implementing communication strategies that align with STOP THE TRAFFIK’s goals and objectives. This includes monitoring and analysing live trends (i.e., on social media) to adapt and refine existing strategies.
· Write and edit compelling content for newsletters, blog posts, social media, and other channels in both long-form and short-form.
· Support our Fundraising & Development Team to produce effective individual giving campaigns through powerful visual assets and a strong, impactful narrative.
· Ensure team output upholds brand consistency and integrity across all platforms.
· Develop engaging content, including videos, posts, and case studies, that highlights real-life case studies from our team’s programmes to effectively showcase the impact of our work.
· Manage key partnerships with PR, brand, and marketing agencies who support our organisation.
