Job purpose
We are looking for an experienced digital communications professional to play a key role in improving our digital communications. Reporting to the head of communications, marketing and digital, the role will oversee the development of a new RCVS Knowledge website, developing our use of user data and insights and managing the development of engaging content.
As project manager for the RCVS Knowledge website development from discovery to launch, you will be working closely with your colleagues in our small and friendly communications team, as well as with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to help us realise our vision of a well-designed, user-friendly website which meets the needs of all our audiences.
You will ensure that we have a shared understanding of our requirements across the RCVS Knowledge team and with the supplier, and that these requirements are informed by audience data and insights. In addition, you will also take the lead on auditing our current site content and developing a strategy for developing relevant, high-quality content in time for launch and beyond.
You will have recent, relevant experience of leading website developments of significant size and complexity, with a passion for user-centred design and creating high-quality content.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between RCVS Knowledge and the digital agency, and internally with the website project stakeholders.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure user needs are understood, manage the development of the project plan, establish regular meetings to share progress and seek input and deliver to agreed timescales.
- Develop website goals and KPIs which support the RCVS Knowledge communications, marketing and digital strategy.
- Manage documentation for project governance as needed, including issues and risk logs.
- Lead on our content audit and strategy for the new website, considering user needs and supporting our organisational objectives.
- Create and edit a range of content for the new website which supports user experience and meets current best practice for SEO and accessibility.
- Oversee the content migration to our new website.
- Ensure all internal users receive training on the new CMS appropriate to their level of access.
- Ensure all activity is undertaken observing the requirements of data protection legislation (GDPR).
- Contribute to the development of a new communications, marketing and digital strategy.
- Using tools such as Google Analytics, ensure we are reporting against our agreed objectives and make recommendations based on the data and insights available.
- Ensure the wider RCVS Knowledge team and senior team are kept up to date with project progress.
- Provide additional informal training to staff on the use and interpretation of analytics.
- Undertake any other duties in line with the objectives of the post.
Essential Criteria
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- A track record in, and passion for, digital communications gained in either in-house or agency roles.
- Experience of managing website projects from end to end including agency management, stakeholder management, build, design, testing and content creation.
- A solid understanding of content design, user experience and web accessibility.
- Experience of developing digital content which follows best practices and is engaging and inspiring for a range of audiences.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, analysing data to inform decisions around improvements.
- A great understanding of SEO and the impact good content has on search visibility.

The Role
As a key member of the Institute’s growing nature team, you will be working specifically international nature markets. You will be working on a funded project of work, to support COP15 signatories to understand and implement models and markets that unlock private sector capital into nature restoration and conservation and help them meet their Target 19 commitments. Position Summary/ Objective
A new role within our European region, the Paid Social Media Specialist will be working closely with our Senior Digital Marketing Lead (UK) to deliver world-class paid media campaigns on multiple digital platforms in multiple countries.
This role will work across IFAW’s four fundraising markets in Europe: France, Germany, Netherlands and the UK to grow our paid media revenue. The role will focus on Social and Search advertising but also to experiment with new emerging platforms.
Directly reporting to the Senior Digital Marking Lead in the UK, this role will coordinate and plan new paid social campaigns and content, working closely with the Digital Leads, and the Senior Fundraising and Marketing Manager, to roll these out across our markets. You will work across a variety of channels such as Meta/Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Reddit, Bing, Google, YouTube, Pinterest, Spotify and more.
Role and Responsibilities
Working with the Digital Marketing Lead in each country (France, Germany, Netherlands and UK), the role will:
- Coordinate, develop, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns from conception to launch and completion across EU fundraising markets.
- Building out media buys for various ad platforms and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid media to support each market.
- Work closely with Digital Marketing Leads to agree on campaigns, budget allocation and spend, ad grouping and audience targeting.
- Support and contribute to the creative process of building advertising campaigns. Including video creation specifically for advertising.
- Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, and suggest landing pages optimization.
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies.
- Working cross-departmentally, specifically with the Content team.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience with digital paid media, specifically with Meta and Google advertising.
- Excellent understanding of creating and implementing paid media campaigns with prior campaign examples (across multiple countries/markets a plus).
- Ideally completed advertising certifications (for example, Meta Certified Media Buying Professional, Google Analytics 4).
- Extensive experience in creating digital ad assets and copy, including video.
- Video creation skills specifically for advertising, experience working with Adobe Creative Suite tools.
- Fluency in working with analytics platforms, for example Looker Studio.
- Goal driven, extremely analytical, with the ability to make data-based decisions and conclusions.
- Excellent communication skills to present the results of campaign performance verbally, as well as provide clear and concise reports.
- Fluent English (spoken French, German or Dutch is a plus).

Purpose

We are urgently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our God Loves You Tour team. The role is full time, but part time will also be considered, and will be based from our London Hub office, in East London.
This is a fixed term position with an immediate start, to end 31 July 2025. The successful candidate will have previous administrative experience, excellent attention to detail with the ability to work to tight deadlines. Key duties will include:
• Providing day to day administrative support in the office for the GLYT London
• Compiling weekly feedback report for Bus Route Director of Engagement
• Maintaining and updating information and records using Microsoft Office suite
• Organising travel arrangements for staff, including booking accommodation, transfers, car hire, and other travel logistics as needed
• Organising couriers and assist in co-ordinating marketing materials
• Handling administrative duties relating to the Christian Life & Witness Course training (CLWC)
• Monitor CLWC registrations and class attendance
• Ensuring that all administrative processes are in place for CLWC and that they are followed, including post event administrative tasks
• Responding to general enquiries relating to the London Tour Bus Program including phone calls and email enquiries
• Interfacing with the HUB office Staff to process information and prepare data for the database, based on requirements needed for the London Tour

Sense is recruiting for a National Events Fundraiser to join our fantastic Engagement Team in Kings Cross, London on a hybrid basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment, marketing and logistics of Manchester Marathon, Great North Run and Royal Parks Half Marathon within the National Events portfolio. This will include delivering an exceptional standard of administrative and logistical support for these allocated Events, delivering a fantastic supporter journey for all participants. - Manage an allocation of core Events within the National Events portfolio including the marketing, recruitment, stewardship and logistics of said Events.
- Manage the income and expenditure budgets for allocated Events and ensure that financial reporting, reforecasting and budgeting is accurate and timely for these Events.
- Build strong relationships with event participants in order to maximise net income, encourage repeat participation and ensure the Event’s success.
- Manage the Events Team inbox, responding to all emails and recording on Raiser’s Edge.
- Maintain and develop accurate and up to date records on Raiser’s Edge of participant information, for all allocated Events.
To succeed in this role, you will have:

You’ll work with teams across the charity including marketing, product, retail, and health to develop insight plans, manage research projects and deliver insights to inform decision making.
In this role, you’ll inspire colleagues to value insights and evidence. Your work will help teams see the power of using insights to shape their decisions and strategies.
Using a variety of quantitative and qualitative tools and methodologies, you’ll run in-house research projects end-to-end. You’ll carry out data analysis and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders such as by delivering reports, debriefs and workshops.
You’ll also manage projects that are outsourced to external research agencies – including procurement, project management and quality assurance throughout the project.
This role sits within the Customer Insight and Analysis team, a team of researchers, data and digital analysts, and data scientists.
