Through our 6 week course we help them to feel calm, confident, to have positive thoughts about themselves, to have higher self esteem and trust in others. We work with over 2000 children and young people across the UK every year and have reached over 14,000 over the past 14 years.

The role is advertised as 15 hours however there is the hope that this will end up being increased in the not too distant future. We are looking for a new team member to provide full administrative and programme support to the Employment & Careers team. The role will involve supporting the team in the day to day running of the service including the preparation of contract documentation (such as registration forms, as well as specified supporting evidence: ID proofs, Proofs of Address etc.) for submission to funding partners, uploading data spreadsheets and CMS systems, and supporting the team with promotion, outreach and engagement of our services. RSTMH organises and participates in events as a crucial way of showcasing, discussing, and debating key areas of tropical medicine and global health research and practice. Our range of events are wide. We deliver conferences and webinars, social events, research meetings for early career professionals, and high-profile debates and discussions. The Meetings and Events Manager would lead on the delivery of the RSTMH meeting and events strategy. The role requires a self-starter who is excited by the prospect of working on such a broad range of meetings and events. The candidate needs to have excellent communication and relationship building skills, and to be organised, flexible with a great attention to detail. They should be comfortable liaising with venues for meetings space, developing budgets for events, managing logistical aspects of the events programme and setting up new events online and in person.

About the Role
This role is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of philanthropy here at Brain Tumour Research as we look to grow our income from Trusts and Corporates. As a Trust and Corporate Prospect Researcher, you will play an important part in building the Trusts and Corporates pipeline at Brain Tumour Research and securing funding for our vision of finding a cure for all brain tumours. The Prospect Researcher will work closely with the Corporate and Trusts and Foundations manager in the Fundraising and Supporter Care Team to build, replenish and monitor a pipeline of prospects.
About You
We are looking for a research driven and conscientious individual who can develop a strong fundraising pipeline that will ensure the team can reach their long-term targets. You’ll provide insights into new areas of prospecting to continually replenish the pipeline with high-capacity prospects in order to meet current and future income targets. Your natural curiosity will lead you to identify new opportunities using a variety of online sources in combination with our existing database (Thank Q), and you will be able to articulate your recommendations to fundraisers in a concise and compelling way.
Do you have:
- Knowledge and commitment to our aims, mission and values.
- Strong IT skills, competent in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Experience of creating and/or managing systems to support prospect pipeline management.
Candidates may also have in experience in, or looking for a career in: Fundraising Coordinator, Philanthropy Assistant, Prospect Research Officer, Supporter Development Fundraising Lead, Trust and Foundations Manager.

The newly created role of Philanthropy Coordinator at HorseWorld Trust is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Head of Supporter Development to ensure the delivery of a proactive and sustainable major donor programme.
At HorseWorld Trust our vision is a world where horses and people help each other to live and work in harmony.. In turn, our mission is to create a safe community where horses and people connect together and enjoy lifelong learning.
HorseWorld Trust was established in 1952, and is based in Whitchurch, near Bristol. Our highly trained Welfare department is committed to rescuing, rehabilitating and re-homing horses, ponies and donkeys in need and our ground-breaking educational programme, called Discovery, supports emotional growth and learning in young people through hands-on experience with rescued equines.
Our Philanthropy Coordinator will proactively track and manage a pipeline of next and existing High Net Worth Individuals and support HorseWorld's Major Donor Working Group comprising the Chair of Trustees, CEO and Heads of Departments. You will be expected to provide insight and identify opportunities for connection plus manage and track the stewardship tools to guide donors through their giving journey, including cultivation plans, sourcing and presenting tailored information for donors. Facilitating and attending meetings and events, both in person and online, you will be ensuring steps are being taken to nurture donor relationships.
Collaboration is key as you will work with colleagues and volunteers across the organisation to support HorseWorld's fundraising efforts.
You will also initiative the relationship management of a new portfolio of mid value donors and prospects; ensuring the donors you work with are engaged with our cause, and that you are responding to their individual stewardship needs as you keep them updated with our work.
