As the successful candidates for the contract of Brand Marketing Manager, you have:
- a successful track record of planning, developing and delivering large scale through-the-line brand marketing campaigns
- in-depth experience of analysis of brand activity/ brand tracking
- experience of working in a matrix set up in a large and complex organisation
- outstanding stakeholder management skills
- extensive experience of managing creative and media agencies
- very strong creative judgement
- native level English skills

Some of the key responsibilities would include:

Lead on brand marketing activities and providing a customer perspective for colleagues across the organisation’s content development and overall messaging.

Some of the ideal experience required for this role would include:

Working within the education sector or public sector.

This is a fully remote role, with occasional travel into their West London office.
£41,000-£46,000 pro rata (paid on a day rate inside IR35) depending on experience.

Role: Trainee Debt Advisor
Duration: 6 months fixed term contract
Salary: £27,000
Hours: 35 per week, 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday

As the cost-of-living crisis continues to impact millions of people across the UK, we are recruiting new team members to help meet the growing demand for debt advice and support. You will help prevent homelessness, reduce food and fuel poverty and ensure clients are supported through vulnerable circumstances with empathy and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver a professional, impartial, pragmatic and outcome focused advice service to all clients.
• Give advice on the following areas:
o Income maximisation
o Budgeting
o Priority debts
o Unsecured debts
o Debt solutions
• Identify client vulnerabilities and prioritise household emergencies.
• Provide comprehensive advice, next steps and actions in a way that the client can easily understand.
• Signpost or refer to the appropriate party at the earliest opportunity.
• Maintain punctual, accurate and compliant records using our case management system.
You will be provided with training, which will enable you to meet the needs of the role and progress to accredited advisor standard, Training will be ongoing and by a variety of methods including in-house, courses, webinars and e-learning.
You will have:

• The proven ability to build rapport and empathise with clients from a variety of circumstances.
• The proven ability to deal calmly and professionally with difficult situations, e.g., Supporting clients at risk of imminent enforcement action, facing emotional distress and or suffering from mental health or physical health challenges

About you:
To be considered for this role you’ll need an Accredited Debt Advice Qualification to Caseworker Level (Institute of Money Advisers Certificate of Money Advice or Community Money Advice Level 3 Award in Debt Advice or similar) with a minimum one-year experience of providing comprehensive Debt Advice in line with Financial Conduct Authority and Debt Advice Quality Framework. Or alternatively an accredited Generalist Adviser with at least one year’s experience and are willing to complete the relevant Debt Adviser training qualification.
You will have:
• A proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple cases on an ongoing basis,
• Ability to independently manage own workload and delivering on project KPIs
• Support junior and trainee members of the team through coaching and mentorship
• The proven ability to build rapport and empathise with clients from a variety of circumstances.

Product Marketing Manager
c. Day rate paying up to - £233 PAYE or £270 umbrella

This role involves developing and executing strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets and drive revenue, with regular monitoring and adjustments to plans while effectively leveraging the full marketing mix. We are seeking a candidate who has not only demonstrated success in supporting the development and implementation of commercial marketing strategies in a similar role but also has experience in commercial content creation, including the development of multi-media assets that ensure the organisation's commercial activity and project KPIs are met.

- Strong expertise in executing a range of marketing tactics to achieve project KPIs, such as email marketing, advertising, social media, and direct mail, with a solid understanding of GDPR compliance.

Day One Trauma Support is the only charity supporting all major trauma patients, regardless of their type of injury. A catastrophic event can change everything. Every year, across England and Wales, there are 20,000 major trauma cases and 16,000 deaths following injury. 30% of major trauma patients acquire a physical disability, and there is a 40% increased chance of mental health difficulties following major traumatic injury.
We are looking for a Data Officer to improve the use of data at Day One Trauma Support. If you would like to be part of a team that manages data to aid strategic decision making and evaluate impact, this could be the role for you!
The Role
This role will help the charity with data management of Services to provide the best support and service for people affected by catastrophic injury. Main duties will include:
- Ensuring data is accurate, relevant and kept securely and confidentially.
- Developing expertise in the charity’s database, guiding and training others in consistent use.
- Providing insightful data analysis and regular reports to aid strategic decision-making.
- Compiling surveys to capture, analyse and review feedback followed by presenting findings.
- Utilising data collection tools to measure, evaluate and communicate the charities impact.
The Person
We are looking for someone with experience of managing databases and CRM systems. You should be able to interpret and analyse data to present findings clearly and make recommendations via reports and presentations. You will be working with confidential and sensitive data, therefore a knowledge and understanding of relevant policies, processes and compliance is compulsory.
