As a Finance Analyst at Age UK, you will support our FP&A Manager by creating insightful analysis and reporting, business intelligence and financial performance and risk reports. The Duty Worker will be working closely with survivors of domestic abuse and other VAWG (violence against women and girls) to provide high quality independent support to survivors at all risk levels and their children. The post holder will play a crucial role in the service delivery, being the first point of contact for survivors who are referred to the Gaia Centre by contacting the survivors, assessing their needs and risks, carrying out and implementing safety plans and needs and will ensure an effective handover to the relevant GAIA team for ongoing support or referring to another appropriate agency for support.
The duty worker will also empower survivors by providing them with emotional, practical, and personal welfare support. You will ensure that survivors are provided with a safe, supportive environment, enabling them to access their rights, make decisions and increase their life options.
The job involves working within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC and local partnership protocols and procedures that prioritise the safety of survivors. The job involves informing survivors of the full range of civil, criminal and practical options that might increase their safety.

This full time, home based position covering Shropshire.
As a Fundraising Executive you will:
- Work with the Community Fundraising Manager to support the delivery of the fundraising strategy, developing regional plans to support growth and development, focusing on building strong and long-lasting relationships which will increase income and loyalty to the charity.
- Support the development of a robust prospect pipeline of opportunities, identifying and cultivating leads, re-engaging lapsed supporters and generating potential leads in collaboration with the Fundraising team.
- Organise and host quarterly meetings for Shropshire volunteers
- Manage donor records for the Shropshire region
- Give presentations, talks and pitches to a variety of audiences
To be successful, you must have experience:
- Experience of building and maintaining successful relationships with customers, clients or supporters
- Experience of working in a customer service role
- Experience of general office administration and support
- Experience of working to and achieving financial targets
- Experience of using a customer database, such as Access CRM or similar
- Experience of communicating with a wide range of audiences
- Experience of working/volunteering in a fundraising environment would be desirable.
- Experience of working with volunteers and/or supporters would be desirable
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Valid driving license (manual)

We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Lead as part of the Communications Team at Carers First. The Digital Marketing Lead will play a central role in enabling us to deliver our 2024-2027 strategy and provide support to unpaid carers. This will include:
· Raising the profile of Carers First, building our brand awareness and engagement levels to reach new carers and to raise awareness of the issues affecting carers.

OVERVIEW OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for all aspects of tenancy management which includes but is not limited to, signing up new residents, providing licensing agreements, inductions, and occupancy management.
- Assist the management team in managing rent/charge collections, arrears, voids, and issuing warnings as necessary.
- Carry out regular occupancy checks.
- Ensure the accommodation in which residents live is clean and maintained to a high standard.
- Develop, participate in, and encourage residents/participants to participate in the running and development of various projects, enterprises, and activities.
